The Future Farmers Network is currently undertaking a number of projects and is in the process of seeking funding to implement new projects.

FFN recently received a $50,000 grant from the Next Generation Round 3 Funding offered by DAFF to hold Youth Agricultural Central. YAC is a two day interactive workshop for representatives from young agricultural groups from across Australia involved in all levels of the supply chain. The aim of the workshop is to provide leadership training and dissemination of information on current issues affecting agriculture. In addition to the workshop, time will be allocated to hold a half day symposium, to build a collective approach to encouraging and supporting the next generation through the entire ag supply chain in all facets relating to the industry. FFN are currently undertaking project planning and more details will be posted on this webpage when available. | National Online Discussion Forums |

The Future Farmers Network hosts regualar online discussion forums. These forums are conducted via email discussion group and are free to members of the Future Farmers Network. Members from all over Australia enjoy these forums as they are able to interact in real time with other young members nationally. The sharing of ideas, thoughts, experiences, knowledge and solutions between members is invaluable. Topics for these forums are selected based on the interest shown by members.
