Events
One of the most important functions of the network is to provide a forum for young people to network with their peers.
Because so many of us work in isolation, it is vital that we make the effort to keep in contact with other young people.
We use this website and email as our main forms of communication within the network. Members of the network can elect to receive monthly email updates and quarterly newsletters, as well as other general email corresponence, participate in online discussions and AGM's. If they do not wish to receive all of this email correspondence, members can elect to just receive the monthly email updates and quarterly newsletters.
We also promote and support gatherings that bring young people together, so that they can meet and discuss key rural issues. FFN endeavours to hold events in each state, whether they are small social gatherings, cooperative efforts with other groups or workshop/conference based events.

Members of FFN also have access to the FFN Calendar of Events, detailing different activities happening across Australia in agriculture, whether they be social occasions, conferences, registration closing dates, scholarship or employment opportunities.
